Winter Season Bookings
Because of the ever changing situation with Covid-19 and other factors in the world, we have taken the following steps to make both the booking and holiday experience as risk free as possible and with the guarantee of not losing out financially should the situation change leading up to your arrival.
For new bookings for Winter seasons;
– Full refund – If your trip is forced to be cancelled due to inability to travel to Slovakia – This means that if either the Slovak or UK governments block travel between the two countries, your booking will be nullified and you will be fully refunded. Ensure you book your travel directly to Slovakia (Poprad/Kosice/Bratislava) as arrivals via third countries are not covered by this offer.
– Low deposit bookings – We are taking bookings with low deposits of £50 per person for room bookings and £500 per whole chalet bookings with final payments 4 weeks before arrival.
Chalet Booking Options
Chalet 1– Option to take the entire chalet for maximum 16 guests or alternatively 2 apartments for max 7 or 11 guests
Chalet 2 – Whole chalet maximum of 8 guests only
Chalet 5 – Whole chalet for maximum 22 guests – or 2 apartments for maximum of 6 or 8 guests and individual rooms
Chalet 6 – Whole chalet for maximum of 14 guests – alternatively 3 apartments for maximum of 4 or 5 guests.
Due to the WIZZAIR changes in Flight dates to both Poprad and Kosice – All of the dates for the changeover dates will be on first come first served basis. Just get in Contact with your ideal dates and we will try to get you in!
Currently, flight options are as follows for the season;
Poprad and Kosice flights with with Wizzair are changing – the most recent update (August ’22) are Sunday and Wednesday flights for Poprad and for Kosice – Sunday, Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday.
Krakow is operating daily from most airports.

The prices listed here are prices based on per chalet or apartment. Prices are valid for 7 nights accommodation including breakfasts where stated, linen and towels, transport from the chalet to the resort (*7.30-9.30am) and transfer to the chalet (*15.30 to 5pm).
